General Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the commercial relationship between Jobtae (hereinafter "the Seller") and any user purchasing a subscription or paid service on the jobtae.com platform (hereinafter "the Buyer").
2. Offers and Pricing
Available offers and their prices are presented on the platform's pricing page. Jobtae reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Sign-Up
The Buyer may subscribe to a monthly plan. The subscription is activated upon payment confirmation.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled by the Buyer before the renewal date.
3.3 Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund is issued.
4. Payment
Payment is processed online through our secure payment provider (Stripe). Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Jobtae does not store any payment card data.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately upon payment confirmation, where the Buyer has expressly waived this right.
For subscriptions, the Buyer has 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided no CV has been generated during that period. To exercise this right, contact us at support@jobtae.com.
6. Refunds
Outside of the statutory right of withdrawal, Jobtae does not issue refunds for unused portions of current subscription periods. In the event of a verified platform malfunction attributable to Jobtae, a credit or refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
7. Service Availability
Jobtae strives to ensure platform availability 24/7. Interruptions may occur for maintenance operations or technical reasons beyond our control. Such interruptions do not entitle the Buyer to a refund.
8. Liability
Jobtae's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer in the preceding 12 months. Jobtae is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity or data.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Buyer is invited to contact our customer service at support@jobtae.com. If no amicable resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to a competent consumer mediator.
10. Governing Law
These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
